Production Process Introduction
Process flow:
1.The machine is set to a temperature of 170°C. The plate extraction can only be started after the temperature is stable.
2.Put the raw materials into the funnel container, and mix with secondary recycled materials and color masterbatch if necessary.
3.After the raw material is heated, it will flow through the tube and pass through two rollers. If necessary, the PC film is laminated.
4.There is a cutter at the end of the machine to cut the plate. The size of the plate can be customized according to the buyer’s requirements.
5.Plates that are not immediately shelled should be stored in a dry area to ensure stable quality.
Process flow:
1. Moulding machine should be warm-up before start production.
2. Adjust the temperature of the machine on the parts that are out of shape.
3. Mould should be cool down first before doing the luggage case since temperature of the mould affects the shape of the luggage case.
4. Holes of the mould will depend on the design of the luggage case. The deeper the design the more the hole of the mould is.
Process flow:
1. Set-up the jigs appropriate for the type and size of the case. Different jigs are use for front and back case.
2. Set up the machine appropriate for the type and size of the case. Different set-up are use for front and back case.
3. Auto-cutting will take place. Cutting and drilling of the case are done here successively.
4. Manual polishing is done after auto-cutting to remove excess plastics and sharp edges.
Process flow:
Rivet machine is use for punching rivets on the luggage. Normally use in assembly section.

Fabrics inside luggage compartments are sewn here and preparation of some trim components like zippers, webbing straps etc.
Process flow:
Placing different luggage components on the shells or luggage cases is carried out here in this area. Components like handle sets, wheel sets, corner protectors etc, Sewing of inside compartments and zippers are also done here. HIHO has 6 assembly lines: 5 assembly lines is for whole luggage and the other one is for semi-finished fabric luggage.
Process flow:
1.Receive Finished Products from end line QC of Assembly Section
2.Insert Finished Product into the polybag (if needed). Check polybag’s dimension and safety information if correct.
3.Put the Finished Products into carton. Check carton’s quality, dimension and labels if correct.
4.Tape enclosure of the carton should be even and straight.
5.Packing list should be present in packing the Finished Products for reference.
6.Store the Finished Products in a safe and well-ventilated area.
